  Here are some tips for a healthy lifestyle: Eat well:  Eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, fiber-rich carbohydrates, and fish.  You can also try eating colorful foods, chewing your food well, and keeping healthy snacks on hand.  Limit unhealthy foods, saturated fat, sugar, and salt. Stay hydrated:  Drink eight glasses of water a day to improve your digestion, energy levels, thinking abilities, and heart health.  Dehydration can lead to headaches, fatigue, and dry skin. Exercise:  Be active and exercise regularly.  You can also try reducing sitting and screen time. Get enough sleep:  Sleep well and manage stress. Limit alcohol:  Avoid harmful use of alcohol and go easy on it. Other tips:  Don't smoke, protect yourself from the sun, wash your hands, get check-ups, and know your numbers.
